Normal variation: There is a great deal of variation among folks and body parts, including the penis.  Please ask your doc to examine you to put your mind at ease and then love all that you are.   Don't use penis as a measure of self-worth.   Weight can swallow up the penis and it can look smaller externally.  I don't  know of any studies but i'm sure someone does. Peace and good health.

Unfortunately, the penis is anchored to the pubic bone, so that as a man increases in girth, his penis appears to shrink - it does not shrink, but is simply anchored to the pubicbone and therefore unable to move as the body habitus expands.

Take it easy.  : The fat is your pubic area may be familial. So take it easy as it will not lead to any complications.  Try exercising and eating right. A general good health and low fat diet may be enough to give you better looks and health. Good luck.
