: The excess tissue will most likely shrink over time. If it doesn't your surgeon can trim away the gingiva.

Rinse or troches: Clotrimazole troches or  Nystatin mouth  rinse.  Both are antifungal medication that eliminates the thrush.  Consult with your doctor for an evaluation.

Mouth puncture: If the puncture is small (say 1/2 inch or less) it will heal up on its own without surgery or meds.  The moputh heals up very fast !  if the puncture is big then antibiotics and sutures are needed.  Rinse mouth with saline after eating.  See ent.

Canker sores: Are called recurrent apthous stomatitis or trauma ulcers. There is a relationship to immune system issues. These can be quite painful for a few days, then they hopefully resolve. Avoid acidic foods & toothpaste w sodium lauryl sulfate. Look for zilactin b at your pharmacy. If these lesions are not gone in 10-14 days let ur dentist evaluate the area.  There are prescriptions to help as well.

Depends: Treatment depends on the cause and I regret that it is not feasible to discern the cause without examining you. Did you burn/scald the roof of your mouth? You may wish to wait it out. If it is not better in a couple of  weeks, please consult a doctor in-person.
