Heals up, or chronic: Most cases of adult onset hep b are acute, and don't lead to chronic liver disease. Most cases of transmission at birth lead to chronic disease: chronic carriage of virus, infectivity, chronic inflammation/scarring, risk for liver cancer and cirrhosis (scarring), 
risks: IV drug use, transfused a bad batch of blood, less risk with sex, needle stick. Far east, africa, middle east endemic at birth.

One or many?: One not really, many yes.  Stop caffiene, cut down on acidic beverages (juice and soda pop) as these both further bladder irritation, also make sure she's wiping from front to back and not reusing toilet paper. Potentially she could end up with a small bladder, a kidney infection, scarring if chronic problems.

Accepted Answer

C.difficile in kids: C.Difficile is frequently cultured from the stool of healthy newborns but considered pathogenic in older children & adults (whose colonic microflora are altered by antibiotics, chemotherapy, salmonella/shigella). C.Diff may cause pseudomembranous & other colitis, complicate inflammatory bowel disease, cause fulminant transmural extension, perforation with peritonitis, toxic megacolon. Get treated.

i  dont have corona and dont have any infections or diseasees that i know of.

are there any bad long term effects of high body temperature?

is this ok if i'm otherwise well?

: Definitely elevated temperatures. Often (but not always) suggests some underlying inflammatory illness (too many to go through). Should see a doctor (Infectious Diseases or Rheumatologist, if available).

i was diagnosed with a mrsa infection about 2 months ago and find that i tire easily.  are there long term effects of having mrsa?

See your DR.: Mrsa is a type of bacteria, not a diagnosis.  Was it a minor skin infection or pneumonia or something else? Was the infection cleared? There are many possible reasons for easy fatigue. Your dr will help you.

7 month old had kidney infection- he's fine now and his kidneys look good on imaging. are there any long term effects from this serious infection?

Underlying cause?: The biggest issue when a baby has a urinary tract infection is to determine whether he has an underlying reason for the infection.  Normal ultrasound imaging is reassuring.  My other recommendation is to be alert for a recurrence.  If this would happen other studies would need to be done to rule out reflux problems from the bladder to the ureter.  This can cause recurrent infections.

Depends: If they were nasal steroids, i would not worry since the dose is one two hundredth of the oral steroids. It also depends on how long the steroids were used, i suspect not long enough to worry about it at all.

i had a major blood infection last year (sepsis) no insurance so minimal health care. is there any long term effects i should be concerned about?

Most of the time no: In general if someone has sepsis and recovers there is no long term effect of the sepsis per se.  The condition that placed someone at risk for sepsis may persist and need care. For example someone who has a chronic disease ( copd, kidney failure, cancer) may have gotten sepsis as a consequence of the disease and the underlying illness would still need care.

taken omeprazole for 10 yrs. is there long term effects? indigestion is worsening & is no longer controlled with 1 pill a day. h-pylori semi high.

PPIs: Long term effects of Omeprazole and other proton pump inhibitors are being studied ; more information gets to surface. Long term use causes damage to acid secreting cells in the stomach and some folks may end up having troubles with digesting food later in life. Also, there is an increased risk of intestinal infection such as clostridium difficile. Also, bone related side effects are being seen.
