Need more info: Is it random or is there something you do that faithfully will trigger it. Can you put your finger right on the spot and cause increased pain? Or is it an internal pain that is difficult to localize. Does it feel like a muscle ache? And electric shock? A burning? Is there a lump in the area? Any other symptoms? Nausea ? Gi cramps? Any recent trauma. Additional gallbladder study may help or scope

Possibly: I suggest blood testing for liver/pancreatic enzymes and a Helicobacter pylori test for bacterial gastritis

Serious: Cirrhosis is a serious condition, and can lead to liver failure.  The tramadol will help with pain, but you need to make sure you follow their instructions.

But there are other causes of discomfort in that area like gallbladder stones, etc. I recommend you to seek a medical check.

there is something under my right rib cage, it doesn't hurt. i just know it's there, not noticable unless you touch in the right place. sometimes i couldn't find it right away. could it be my intestine with misplaced food, muscle, liver complication?
