Try : Try nasal saline gel or nasal saline spray. Also vaseline to the inside of the nares with a q-tip can help.If you have not seen a ent(ear, nose, and throat) doctor, you should see one for an evaluation. You may have a deviated septum or enlarged turbinates inside your nose that could be causing your difficulty breathing. There are a few different procedures to correct this problem if present.

Naproxen: The NSAID can cause BP problems, however this has been associated with chronic use. Use for a few days is usually not a problem.

You need to define: What you mean by respiratory problems.  In sedative doses they will cause respiratory depression and should always be used with caution.  It is not generally recommended that these drugs be used long term and in the event they, then the individual should have close frequent follow up with the prescribing physician.
