: First make sure you really have persistent or recurrent genital warts. It is rare for them to continue for 6 years is rare, and there are other causes of superficial genital bumps. However, if confirmed and with a dermatologist's professional advice, maybe this would be OK. But it's not just cryogen cost:  you would also need a supply of liquid nitrogen, which itself would be very expensive.

Layers: It takes several treatments sometimes, because each treatment takes a layer of skin off, and warts have many layers of affected skin, much like an onion, you need to kill off, then remove that layer of skin, to get to the base of the wart, for total removal

Keep clean: Treat it as you would any burn. Keep it clean, peroxide dabbed on the site can kill some staph germs and a coating of triple antibiotic ointment can be used as a barrier to germs.

Recheck with doctor: If the freezing treatment was effective, the warts themselves should turn white then darker like scabs, and in a few days should clear up or fall off. The skin around might change color somewhat as well. But maybe the diagnosis is wrong? If in doubt, contact the doctor or clinic where you were treated.

Yes: Generally the pink left after initial healing from cryosurgical treatment for sun damage spots will slowly fade over days to a few months, but often on the arms may leave permanent white spots, but hopefully they will heal with a normal skin appearance. Wearing sunscreens over the treated areas may help the cosmetic healing look better when it is done healing.

Blister from freeze: Take a sterile needle or pin, and clean the skin, and then poke the blister and try to push the contents out, without ripping the skin too much. The top skiin is likely already dead and the wart virus is likely not active or alive.
