since i started the wellness program i have had some issues.

i get the sudden urge to vomit them my whole top half including head and chest has got a feeling of numbness and tingling along with pain.

Nausea can be due to many things, such as:  stomach virus infection, other viral infection (such as flu), some bacterial infections (such as strep throat), acid reflux (heartburn), gastritis (may be H. pylori), gall bladder or liver disease, certain cancers, kidney diseases, anxiety, depression, medications,...

Hard to say: Nausea, chills and tingling of the lips are non specific. Anxiety, heart problems, intestinal issues, head issues can cause or contribute to your symptoms. I would  see a doctor for more accurate answers.

Usually viral, but : Can happen with group a strep, especially if with fever. If you can't hold down small amounts of clear liquids frequently, or if you get worse, seek medical attention, which you have to do to get a quick-strep or throat culture.

See your doctor now: This problem mandates a real-time (face-to-face) meeting with a doctor.  A history has to be taken along with a examination as well as labs and other tests.  Only after all this will your doctor be in a position to tell you what's wrong and what needs to be done to help you.

feel sick as been vomiting lips are sticky should i go to the hospital or go to sleep that's what i feel like doing?

Sounds like: you are suffering from a viral infection ...this is not without a high fever a "hospital" issue. You could seek medical care from a Walk In Unit or consult with you PCP (Primary Care Provider)  Need more information for a more detailed answer ...Do you have a TEMPERATURE?? Any recent EXPOSURES????

i drank 6 shots of tequila and 6 in a 2 hours. once i got home an hour later i began vomiting and diareaha and tingling in my limbs. is this normal?

Depends: You behavior is not normal. The effects you suffered from alcohol are expected, hence normal. Alcohol never did anybody any good and you should stay away from it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

hello i have experienced two periods within a time spend of two weeks. now my breast are feeling these tingling pains. i've also have been vomitting. ?

Pregnancy test: Please check over the counter urine pregnancy test. If positive make OBGYN appointment as soon as possible.

my upper left lip is swollen just this morning.. it is associated with dizziness and i feel like vomitting.. what is this? can i just take benadryl (diphenhydramine)?

Go to ER: You may be having allergic reaction,  angio edema or something more severe like ramsayhunt syndrome.

does yellow vomit mean anything? i also had sharp tingling pains all over and was sweating a lot and ate only a strawberry that morning. i'm 16.

No: Yellow is a normal color for vomit. I am sorry you are not feeling well. You probably have a viral infection which should go over within a few days. Get well!
