Some of these are essentially medications that increase a persons' metabolic rate but at the price of being addictive and require a doctors prescription (such as amphetamines).  The safer option is work with a bariatrician (medical weight loss specialist), join a gym and go slow.

Not liposuction: Zerona is not liposuction. It is a low level laser device that can help reduce circumference of the waistline if coupled with diet and supplements for 2 weeks. It does not work without the diet and exercise. Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes fat permanently thru a cannual that is inserted under the skin to suction out the fat.
