Hello. : Hello. I noticed that you have tagged both panic attacks and seizures here. I will start by describing panic attacks.  Panic attacks are usually brief. They often last a couple of minutes to around ten minutes. Symptoms can include a sense of severe anxiety or panic as well as chest tightness or pain and a rapid or pounding heartbeat.   There could also be areas of numbness or pins and needles type sensation. A person can experience hot flashes or chills and perspire heavily.  There may be a tickle sensation in the stomach or nausea.  When a person has a panic attack they may feel dizzy or faint and may become physically shaky. The person may fear that they are going crazy, they are out of control or that they are about to die.  They may have a sense that they are unreal (a form of dissassociation called depersonalization).  The sense that everything in the environment feels abnormal is  derealization.
    Although what you are describing sounds a lot like a panic attack; it is very important to have a full physical evaluation to rule out  the possibility that this a medical problem.   I recommend that you be evaluated by your family doctor. He or she may consult with a neurologist.  Clearly these episodes feel really bad, so i hope you get a medically evaluated soon.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Not your ears: Highly unlikely to be related to your ears. I would be concerned about a metabolic issue. A low calcium or hyperventilation. While unlikely without a focal deficit (arm or leg paralysis/ loss of vision, etc.) possible neurologic issue - would see a neurologist if persists or go to ER.

See a neurologist: you are rather young and not knowing your history and inciting factors as well as medication you are your symptoms can be serious. if you begin to lose urinary/bowel control go straight to ER otherwise an early neurologist evaluation is definitely a good ideal.

Could be virus, : Could be virus, sinusitis, food sensitivities (some patients get this with early gluten sensitivity: avoid gluten for 2mo to see if helps. Eye twitching  (myokymia) likely due to unstable tear film, stress, excess caffeine, poor sleep, or too much chocolate.

Left face pain: May be a type of headache either cluster headache with the pain nostril congestion or it could be a migraine as well.  Treat with Naproxen and if no better see your doctor.
