Light periods: Emotional stress can influence ovulation, which in turn will make your cycles irregular, with spotting.  Consult your healthcare provider about using oral contraceptives, not for pregnancy protection, but to regulate your menstrual cycles, if there are no contraindications.  Eczema is also related to stress.

Anemia: Well it could be connected or related. If you are suffering from anemia or low hemoglobin levels and you donate blood, that is a mechanism for your body to prevent  more blood loss (though your period) and thus more hemoglobin. Check your hemoglobin and hematocrit and you might find out if that is the case.

Iron supplement: Not aware of iron supplements changing menstrual flow, but is recommended in women with heavy periods to treat/prevent iron deficiency anemia cause by the loss of blood (and iron in the blood)

No: It's an anti-inflammatory agent.  So it really addressing issues of pain/cramping.  Remember, it can upset your stomach/irritate the stomach lining, so try to take it with food.  Don't take it with other nonsteroidals like ibuprofen or naproxen.
