See your doctor: Constant spotting is not normal. You should consult your doctor for switching birth control medication. If you do switch, use an alternative birth control during the switch over.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Probiotics helping: I'm not sure if these two symptoms are related or not.  Certainly, improvements in vaginal discharge/yeast infection are often seen with the use of probiotics and improvement in gut flora.  It is surprising how often we see bowel symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle probably as a result of hormonal influences on smooth muscle in the bowel and uterus. Not sure why probiotics would help spotting.

Bowel movement : Spotting in between period can occur with pills. If there is blood when a woman  wipes after bowel movement it can be from , 1- urine, 2- vagina and the 3rd can sometimes be seen when your bowel movement is hard and  it  can abrade the wall of the mucosa of your rectum and anus as it passed down. : Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

May be infection: Infection makes tissue more irritated and likely to bleed lightly.  You should see a gynecologist to check for infection.  Extremely rare to get cancer within one year of normal pap.  Also rarely more serious problems but most likely infection

Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  there are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle.
