been feeling nauseous, light headed and gassy for 3 weeks.tnot pregnant. what can cause this?been to doctors 3 times and just given anti nausea tablet

See GI specialist: If your symptoms consist only of nausea and gassy , I would consider acid reflux on the top of the list.  However getting lightheaded is not part of reflux unless this has prevented from eating or drinking enough.  If you are certain that you are not pregnant ,  a GI evaluation is needed. Providing more details -age, other med conditions, medications taken etc  helps us  to give better answers.

Check urine: If you have ruled out the more serious concerns, females can develop urinary tract infections much easier than males.  Though it is not typical for urinary tract infections to cause dizziness , untreated ones certainly do cause dizziness nausea and even diarrhea.  Will not hurt to drink plenty of cranberry juice till you get in to your doctor.

Reflux: I bet it's reflux, it can sneak up on you.  Try generic zantac (ranitidine) at 150 mg per day?  If not working go in; doesn't explain dizziness but that can be a hard one.  If that persists u may want to get seen but treat the stomach acid.

Potassium deficiency: Due to loss of fluids by vomiting and diarrhea you are also losing potassium, which may be causing muscle spasm.If persists you need intravenous fluids with pottassium.

Nerve pain: It is difficult to say without examining but the pain you are describing sounds like nerve pain. Nerves can get pinched at the level of the neck or shoulder or elbow or even at the wrist.. There could also be other more serious causes for these symptomsYou need to get examined by a doctor asap to get the correct diagnosis and treatment

Bloating; nausea: Many foods can cause bloating: beans, dairy products; cucumbers & melons; broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts. Beano helps prevent gas; lactaid breaks down milk sugar (if lactose intolerant); simethicone breaks up gas. Lying on left side may help relieve gas via burping. If still persists, see pcp for exam & treatment.

Many possibilities: May or may not be directly related to your diabetes. Important to make sure blood sugar is normal because abnormally high or low blood sugar can cause or contribute to the symptoms. It would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about this as so many other reasons could account for these symptoms.

Can be hypotension,: This can be hypotension or hypoglycemia, or more likely the zopidem you're on for insomnia as it can have these side effects.  It's wise to see your doctor to get tests and be sure or to adjust the dose of your zopidem.
