in the past couple months i have developed a fissured tongue. it is worrisome. its around the front edges of my tongue. why would it suddenly develop? i also have some white patches on back of tongue. can i fix this problem?

Dermatologist: A physician or dermatologist would have to inspect your back in order to make a diagnosis. A common cause of this type of rash is a chronic fungus infection called tinea versicola which,if present, requires specific treatment with an antifungal cream.

Not anemia per se: A nutritional deficiency that is causing anemia may also cause nerve damage. It would be prudent to see a doctor for evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

white patches on back of throat, feel sick a few days. started amoxicillin leftover from b4, only took 1&it helped so i stopped. can i start it again?

Never do it again: Before starting again get a culture from your throat in the lab or a doctors office in case if it is not right antibiotic you can have it changed . If you start again take a full course that is 7-10 days and never do  stop and start again after a day or a couple days of use because you can develop resistance to that antibiotic and when the time comes you need the same antibiotic it does not work.

See a rheumatologist: It is impossible to say if the joint pain and rash is related to the positive ANA or if the rash and joint pain are from a different cause such as psoriasis. See a rheumatologist if you have not done so already.

Many things: There are many things that could cause those symptoms. Thyroid disease, eczema, diabetes, dietary changes, allergies, and so on. You should see a doctor to have the rash and other symptoms evaluated.
