Leukocytes = WBCs: White blood cells in the urine indicate that an inflammatory or immune system reaction is taking place. Nitrates can be normal in urine. Nitrites can indicate infection. Without more information, in terms of other urine or laboratory markers, symptoms, etc. That is about all one can say with regard to this. Urinalysis: These urinalysis findings are suspicious of a urinary tract infection, but for diagnosis a clean catch urine has to be sent for culture and colony count.

Need more info: Why were the tests done? Do you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. 
The two results you mentioned are markers for urinary infection.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Renal colic?: While technically speaking we should keep our mind open to other possibilities for your symptoms, they could be consistent with a passing kidney stone.  The leukocytes could be suggestive of resultant inflammation.

Abn UA: there are white blood cells in your urine  -  does NOT necessarily mean infection.    have your doctor do a culture to be sure

Many reasons: There are many possible reasons why a urine culture is negative but the nitrates and leukocytes are positive.  1.  If your taking antibiotics then that would prevent growth of the urine culture.  2.  The leukocytes and nitrates do not represent an actual bacterial infection but other viral, chemical, or environmental reasons for a positive result 3.  Dipstick test or urine culture tests are false.

Yes: Leukocytes mean your body is making an inflammatory reaction. A positive nitrite test indicates a gram negative bacteria is present. You could have a bladder infection with a bacteria which does not convert nitrates to nitrites. An example is enterococci, which can cause an infection, cause white cells, yet not change the nitrites portion of the dipstick. Microscopic exam and culture are important.

Infection: You likely have an urinary infection and will benefit from antibiotics.
Check your liver tests too for work up of bilirubin in urine.

Urethritis: A urine test with positive leukocytes suggests local inflammation, commonly in the bladder in women or the urethra ( tube carrying the urine from the bladder to the outside)in men. Inflammation of the urethra ( urethritis)  is commonly caused by chlamydia infection, but may have non infectious causes also. Your doctor may prescribe antibiotic.

i have been testing my urine daily and have ketones due to a little dysuria no leukocytes no blood no glucose,nitrates what is the cause of this condition?

: I assume that you have some dysuria and that is why you are testing your urine. There are many causes for ketones in urine. Fasting is one of them. If you are otherwise healthy and eat normally drink adequate amount of fluids stop testing daily and test after a few days. If you still have ketones see your MD for evaluation. Dysuria does not cause ketones in urine neither do ketones ion urine.
