Doubt a problem: A single additional tablet should not cause any major issues. Call your doctor if you experience nausea, dizziness or a rapid heart beat.

Lonart: Is an antimalarial made in india ; used in africa ; other parts of the world. It contains artemether. Artemether can cause urticaria (itching) in about 3% of people.

Side effects ..: ...would not be expected to be any different or any worse if you actually don't have the condition for which the medication was prescribed, i.e. malaria. Lonart-DS can cause headache, dizziness and loss of appetite, though mild in most cases. For some it impacts sleep, causes tremor or ear ringing. If you truly don't have malaria, stop taking it:)  Good wishes.

Sweating?: Perspiration is part of your body's cooling system and essential to a gymnast.

Dark skin can represent a medical problem on the nape of the neck, but in your armpits it's probably built in to your genes.  Please talk to your family or physician about this.  It is probably not a problem, even to your teammates.

No: No. As long as it's lemon juice, water, and little bit of sweetener. However, if you add a lot of sugar and you're diabetic, your blood glucose will go up which will affect your sodium level. But that's due to the sugar not the lemons.

: It is not one of the side effects mentioned on the pharmacy website. It is better to get liver and kidney lab checked though.

Safe after 11 lbs: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention consider the drug combination in Lonart acceptable for use in mothers nursing an infant weighing at least 5 kg (11 pounds) and it can be given directly to infants weighing 5 kg or more. If your infant is less than 11 pounds while you breastfed using this med, contact the infants pediatrician for evaluation.

What's your problem?: I am not sure what is to be treated. Do you have malaria that you took lonart? If you do, then your symptoms may very well be within the malaria symptom range and having taken one dose of lonart may not be enough to treat those. Keep on taking for as long as the doc prescribed and hopefully this is the right drug to work on malaria if that's what you're having.

anyone have any experience using leonurus cardiaca (motherwort) to help ease palpitations (pacs). ive heard positive things but i know its herbal and not western medicine. thanks?

: Avoid supplements as they are not investigated by the FDA. They may have contaminants that may worsen your problem, may interact with medications,we never know what doses.should be used or whether claims of efficacy are legitimate.
