Better to put it on: Your food or salad. The omega 3's are good in olive oil, and lemon juice in water helps alkalinize your body, but straight can damage the enamel of your teeth. So a tsp diluted in a glass of water would be okay (and safe for your teeth.)

Danger: First clean your face with a gentle soap and warm water. Second, never, ever do this again. Third, your body should heal on its own without using any more solutions or creams. Just let it be.  Never put acid on your face again. Tomatoes and lemons are acid.
