i am constantly (every 5-10mins) getting sensations in my right leg as though my phone is vibrating or ive received a message vibration on my phone. my phone is kept in my right pocket however i feel this sensation even when my phone is away from me?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms may be due to neuropathy. Take multivitamins for 3-4 weeks and if that does not resolve the matter tt would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist.

We don't exactly know the cause of it but stress, psychological factors, alcohol, smoking, medications, diabetes, any chronic medical conditions etc may play a role. i have cis (ms) with only one lesion at c5/c6. problem is back of left nasal canal/soft palette becomes irritated/cold when aggravated by wind or cool indoor air, this in turn causes sensations of buzzing and vibrations in legs. why? how to resolve?

: Address the nasal, palatal, and likely sinus, issues by a visit to an otolaryngologist.  Get this part diagnosed and treated, as it has no connection to Multiple Sclerosis.  Regarding the leg sensations, this indeed could be due to spinal cord lesions.  Have your doctors imaged the spinal cord?  You may find out information from a spinal tap looking at oligoclonal bands.  Discuss these issues.

Normal: This is just a small spasm of the muscles and does not indicate anything serious. Some people get in their eyelid, lip area, belly, legs , arms etc. It will go away!

Vibration Feeling: This is just a description of the sensation and could be from a circulation problem or a nerve problem.
It could also be from nothing none and many patients have this without any underlying condition.
Have a good neurological exam from your gp or from a neurologist.

Sciatica : You may have a condition called sciatica which occurs when the nerve going to your leg is pinched as it comes out of the spine to give the pain down the leg and back. Have your primary care doctor check it out to make sure your leg muscles are not getting weaker because of the nerve problem. This doctor can refer you to the appropriate specialist you need to see. Please get this checked out.

Uncertain: Do the muscles Twitch?   If not  this might  be paresthesias. You can discuss wiht your physicains - if the muscles  twitch then  this could be muscular  or nerve.

Low muscle tone: This is probably the more concerning of the symptoms mentioned. If this is really happening you deserve to see a doctor who can perform a neuromuscular exam and rule out a systemic cause for low muscle tone.
