Concussions, etc.: Concussions are very common in hockey. Facial injuries include teeth injuries and lacerations occur frequently as well. Leg (lower body) injuries include knee sprains, leg contusions, groin injuries and labral tears in the hip.

Unknown: The only people that can give you a reliable answer are those with full access to the exam and findings involved. This does sound worrisome, but kids do have  more recuperative potential than adults in the same setting.

Many reasons: Is your child and very active?  Pain may be a result of overuse.  Some children will have growing pains.  If the pain persists, or gets worse, have it checked out.

Yes: Many things can cause this, including simply being obese, having vein disease, a low protein state, blood clots, tumors. It really depends on the rest of the history and what a physical exam finds.

No.: most likely is that hot water causing blood vessels dilated and then blood leaking out into the skin. if there's blood disease, it would cause large red patch.

1/3 up the leg: Achilles tendon merges into your gastro-soleus muscles about 1/3 up the leg from the heel.  MRI is the best diagnostic tool to see inflammatory changes or tears.  Real time Ultrasound examination shows full thickness tears.

Differ: To me it sounds like a fibroma/sebaceous cyst/reactive node. The rash may be just ring worm/dry skin. Does not sound like auto immune disease.

taking aspirin for a month to prevent clots after a leg injury. i know it can cause reye's. what are the signs i need to watch out?

I wouldn't sweat it: The link with Reyes syndrome was primarily in kids from early childhood to the early teens, and as a followup to flu or chickenpox. Since this doesn't apply to you,I wouldn't worry. Reyes was heralded by sudden deterioration in a kid who was healing. They would go into a coma and often never live to come out of it. Their liver would fail and death would ensue, often within days.

my cousin's left shoulder down to her left leg are dead. doc said it's not a stroke. i wonder what kind of disease is that? she has no injury but a little obese.

A : A number of organic and psychiatric conditions can cause numbness and/or weakness on one side of the body from the neck down. Neurological conditions that could cause such symptoms would include those that affect the spinal cord in the neck, and could include inflammatory / demyelinating conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
