Neuritis: Pain in the lower abdomen that is exacerbated by coughing or lifting is commonly an abdominal wall neuritis and not usually the ovary (unless it is quite enlarged).  Try a heating pad and if the pain improves even a little while the heat is on this means it is fairly superficial pain and not deep down in the area of your bowels or ovary.  Neuritis pain will resume after heat pad removed

Muscle Strain: If you are an active swimmer, you may have a mild muscle strain resulting in your discomfort. In the absence of any shortness of breath or radiation of your pain to the jaw or left arm, taking a few days off from the aggravating routine, increasing hydration with water and a trial of NSAIDs may help.

Musculoskeletal.:  My experience has been, that this phenomenon is usually due to muscle spasms in one side of the head, but you should see a neurologist for evaluation.

No problem: You must take tylenol (acetaminophen) and rest for 10 dsys, if still with the same picture go to see you pcp.

Variety of thots.: It is not possible to be precise.  This could be due to trauma or exercise, causing strain or sprain to intercostal muscles.  Cannot exclude bowel, splenic, kidney issues, but could also involve diaphragmatic or lung referred pain.  See you doctor, get examined, and obtain testing as advised.

Possible rib break: It could be a rib fracture , or a costochondral injury on the rib or a muscle or ligament pull off of the rib. 

Heat asnreduced activity for a few weeks should see it easing. 

If the pain gets worse , an xray is needed.

Consult physician: If localized to anterior ribs usually costochondritis. Occurs on left side of breastbone, affects more than one rib,
worsens with deep breaths or coughing. Resolves on its own, although in some cases may last for several months or longer. Treatment focuses on pain relief perhaps with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs.Can be related to injury, viral infection, strain, arthritis, rarely tumor.

Noises: Noises can be due to gas in your stomach. With gas your stomach tends to expand and cause pain under your rib cage.

Pleuritis of the: left lung is probably the cause.  It could be also be pneumonia or  Tietze's syndrome among other causes. Otc antitussive cough medications and nsaid drugs would help. See your doctor . May need a chest x-ray.

Cough, headache: Unexplained vomiting with headache and cough are significant symptoms that require medical attention.  Perhaps you had a fall and hit your head?  Call your doctor to make an appointment for an examination to se e what the problem is .  There are many possibilities.
