As it is only of short duration and only occuring with certain positions or movement, it sounds muscular and should resolve with some time.  You can try some over the counter medication and heat to the area like a heating pad.  If it persists or worsens or if you develop any other symptoms, see your doctor.

Hi, most probably, due to the position in the bus you have developed muscle spasm which is causing your pain, a muscle relaxant, heat pad, stretch exercise, Anti inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen can help.

But i doubt it.  Given the increasing number of musculoskeletal symptoms associated with the statins it would be prudent to hold your med for a few weeks and re evaluate.  No one ever died or suffered from lack of a statin for a few weeks.  Please discuss with your doc before doing this.
