Diaphragmatic irrit.: The shoulder pain described is a referred pain from a left diaphragmatic irritation. Therefore any thoracic or abdominal pathology that might irritate the left diaphragm will lead to such pain. I advise you get a ct of chest and abdomen and get checked by your physician. Good luck.

An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen, plus symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. A doctor can evaluate for gall bladder problems.

If there is pain going to your left shoulder that would be consistent with gallbladder issues. I would recommend depending on the severity of the pain. Some of the symptoms: Can be due to either colon origin or ovarian origin. Best to see your gyn doctor and get a pelvic ultrasound. Once ovarian and uterine issues are ruled out, constipation and or other colon pathology or an inguinal hernia or enlarged lymph nodes in the inguinal area can represent perianal aqbscess or infection causing the anal pain. See your pcp and be specific and detailed in your complaints.
