See your doctor: You need to be evaluated for cervical stenosis or Ashermans syndrome ,both of which is caused by scarring of the uterus/cervi.

UTI: Most likely a urinary tract infection.  You need urinalysis and urine culture. Next step is a gyn exam.

Allergic reaction: Most likely you have a senstivity to the new mascara. Stop using that tube and avoid all eye makeup until your eye is better.  If your eye itself is painful or your vision is blurry, see MD ASAP. If it is just your lid that is swollen and painful, you can try cool compresses 2-3x/day and take an oral antihistamine, such as diphenhydramine, for a few days. Always use hypo-allergenic eye makeup.

Could be a sensitive muscle or strain of the connective tissue, or even the beginning of a hernia..  Or it could be something inside, involving the lower part of your bowels, the colon, or your uterus or the structure that support it and your ovaries.  Theres a lot there!!
