See a neuro: this problem could be related to a stroke, Parkinson's or a benign tremor. See a neuro as soon as possible.

See a neurologist: A focal tremor might indicate early Parkinson's disease, but other conditions could include heredofamilial essential tremors, a problem with the cerebellum, Wilson's disease, hyperthyroidism, medication reaction (such as Depakote), etc.  All of these have different treatments, and need to pin down cause first.

Tremors: And shakes have many causes. Muscular, metabolic, neurological  and sometimes just no cause can be found. The differential is huge and can be made worse or more apparent by a concurrent condition . You need to see your primary care provider to start the process of finding out what this involves.

Yes, could/would fit: Dm degrades both macrovascular (accelerates atherosclerosis) & microvascular blood supply to tissues & ↑ed sugar changes/interferes with the function of most cells & proteins, thus accelerates all kinds of problems, very much including brain/dementia problems. These are complex issues with many additional factors, many still not well understood. Optimal hba1c ≤5.0%, yet not said to be dm til ≥6.5.

Many reasons : There are many reasons for hand weakness and tremor. The hand weakness may cause the tremor. The weakness can be due to a peripheral nerve, nerve root or central causes.  Need a good examination to determine what is the cause

Need further tests: Sound like either vascular (blood flow) or nerve related problem. Carpal tunnel syndrome can present this way although you did not mention numbness, tingling or pain. It could also be constriction of blood vessel in the hand that makes the color change. Women are more prone to this condition. You will need full clinical eval and xray, emg, blood test, and possibly arterial doppler.

Deep breaths: And managing social anxiety. Consider seeing a therapist for counseling. Avoid things requiring fine finger motor skills

Yes, it can: In the pre-marketing clinical studies, more than 10% of people experienced tremors with zoloft (sertraline).  So yes, it could be causing the problem you have.  How long have you been taking it? If only for a short time (few weeks) there's still a possibility this may resolve.  If going on for longer, it may not.  Please discuss with your psychiatrist or other prescribing physician.
