Some responses: Hard to be precise with scanty data.  Is this acute or chronic?  Could be an episode of Horton's Cephalgia, or Raeder's paratrigeminal neuralgia, but could be ocular, such as acute glaucoma, or even a bad sinus infection.  Strongly urge getting your doctor involved ASAP.

More info: You need a thorough history and physical exam.  Your symptoms could be a multitude of diagnoses from something as simple as TMJ pain to cluster headaches or more serious conditions.   See your primary care physician

Head Injury: This is a very unusual set of symptoms that can't be explained anatomically. The type and extent of your head injury several months ago may or may not be a factor. I would not be worried but if this is bothersome, have it checked out.

Need evaluation: it is above the eye and needs evaluation. If eye worry about glaucoma, if  scalp  could be  brain,  muscle, vessel, etc

If associated with headache, or persisting for more than a few minutes, then it may be sinus-related or a variant of migraine raeder's, eg--cluster headache variant).
