None: In a normal individual the sperms are made continuously. Most of the fluid in the ejaculate comes from prostate. In a normal individual sexual stimulation is perhaps the most important stimulus. There are no proven drugs to produce more fluid. The drugs available over the counter and mail order  simply separate you from your money and give you side effects to boot.

: Tamsulosin does not cause ED or reduction in semen volume. However, decreased libido is a mild side effect of Tamsulosin but it is less than other non-selective alpha blocker which can cause ED.
In general, medication's side effect will resolve after its discontinuance.

: Sure. Ejaculate into a container then use a teaspoon to measure the amount. 5 ml = 1 tsp. Any amount more than about ¼ tsp is normal.

Semen count normal: The values you listed above all are well above the lower reference limits established by the World Health Organization. If you and your partner are trying to conceive and have not been successful after 1 year, I recommend you meet with a physician specializing in fertility for further workup and to discuss options.

: Yes. The first ejaculation usually contains the most volume and goes down with each repeat if it does not have time to refill. Urine and semen come out the penile urethra. So not unusual to see them right after enaculatuon but will need microscope. Some my even still be motile.
