I do not know: But a vaginal discharge that is new and odd to you should be evaluated and tested at your GYN's office to make sure it is not an infectious one that would need treating by Rx meds.  Best wishes.

Not usually. color?: If you have a change in color, texture, odor or amount of vaginal discharge ; problems such as pain, itching burning with urination or sex or redness/swelling  then it is best to see your gynecologist for evaluation ; accurate assessment.

This is not uncommon: The tissue you described is the residual tissue burned during the ablation.  I've heard it described by novasure patients like that.  It's also not uncommon to have some bleeding after an endometrial ablation.  Sometimes regular periods may return after several weeks to years.  It is more common to have light bleeding.  You should discuss this with your doctor at a future visit.  It is not urgent.

Discharge : Although it may be a variation of normal discharge, a visit to the doctor can determine if it is an infection of some sort. Those symptoms are consistent with yeast, but there are a number of other possibilities.

Yeast infection: Your symptoms sound like a vaginal yeast infection, (candidiasis) causes all of the symptoms you have described.  It indicates an imbalance in the vaginal ph that allow normal yeast that all women have in the vagina to overproliferate and cause the curdlike, chunky white discharge you describe.

I have never hear of: this, i would think perhaps it is something in your urine causing the orange color, but white chunks suggest you still have yeast infection, make appointment to see gynecologist

They can reduce chance of pregnancy by up to 95% if used within 24 hours. They continue to reduce the risk of pregnancy up to 120 hours (five days) after unprotected sex, but they are less effective as time passes.
