Vericosities: The presence of a vulvar vericosity doesn’t guarantee you’ll have pain with sex. Try and see. If it does cause problems your Gynecologist may not be able to fix it but a vericise vein specialist might.

Likely a cyst : It is possible that you have a small sebaceous cyst. These usually are asymptomatic unless they become infected or become really large. Also bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.

Possible pimple: Some people can get pimples or folliculitis in the genital area.  This happens a lot if a woman is shaving the hair.  The base of the hair follicle gets infected with bacteria from the skin and causes pimples in the genital area.  It is not dangerous but if it gets worse or if it keeps coming back then I would go see a physician.
