Rash: Is sounds like you may be developing a skin infection. Keep the area clean and apply polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) and see your doctor. You may need antibiotics. All the best.

Cherry angiomas: Could be broken blood vessels or cherry angiomas which are vascular lesions. Red spots can also occur with drug reactions or other types of rashes. Did they suddenly occur or been there a long time makes a difference in the diagnosis.

Bite Marks: you need to be evaluated by your doctor, it is very hard to tell what bites and rashes are without looking at them.

Dermatology: Is a visual specialty, but to take a stab at it could be hemangioma a or small clusters of blood vessels. Common as we age and not serious. If they are flat could be petechiae from low platelets and that would need more evaluation.

Skin lesions: Hives usually behave like that. They are short lived, but they are itchy and present as welts. I would take a picture of those and send it to us for review.

Extra rinse: If the rash is from residue of bleach in your clothes, you may try putting an extra rinse cycle in the wash. You could omit bleach entirely from the wash as the current detergents are generally good at cleaning clothes without bleach.
