Hello, : Hello, i can't diagnose your bump. The bikini line can be an area of friction if you wear  bikini style underwear.  I don't know what you mean by medium size. I am wondering if this could be an ingrown hair with resulting inflammation?

Sebaceous cyst: Its either a sebaceous cyst or ingrown hair. If it's not bothering you, you can try and ignore it. Warm wet soaks way help open the gland and get it to drain.

See a dermatologist: Probably a small furuncle - irritated hair follicle- due to shaving or other hair removal.

Sebaceous cyst: Most likely you had a clogged follicle that enlarged because it was not able to secrete its usual substance. Don't poke any future ones because that can lead to secondary infection.

small open hole on my skin right on the bikini line. i havent been sexually active since february 1st. i do typically get bad razor irritation in the form of bumps and dark big bumps under the skin thatll pop. but ive never had a hole like this

See a doc: This sounds like an infection which undermined the skin, or an open abscess. Get this  examined by a doc to determine its real diagnosis and get it fixed.

Skin infections: Ingrown hairs can curl, cutting the skin which can then get infected.  Soap, water, soaking in warm baths to help the infection drain.  Try not to squeeze.

Bikini line: Use your razor in downward direction only. Treating with benzoyl peroxide wash may help with ingrown hairs as well. . See your dermatologist for further details.

Painful or not?: A painful bump could be an infection from shaving or rubbing the skin. A cyst or scar is also possible. Antibiotic cream, soaking, and loose clothing may help, if not see your doctor if it gets worse.
