Folliculitis: sound like infected follicle, if it becomes an abscess need to be drained, otherwise may need antibiotic, some times it may resolve on its own, just keep the area clean

Needs to be seen: In your armpit, its commonly a local skin abcess(infection). Or it could be a lymph node. Either of things should be evaluated.

Infection?: No need to worry, but a physician should be able to determine if these painful bumps or nodules are from an infection.  If so, they would improve with antibiotics.  Other causes could be insect bites.  Either way, an evaluation will point you in the right direction for treatment and put your mind at ease.

Temporary: Lumps could occur from lymphatic's, or sometimes a reaction  to deodorant. Other people get recurrent gland infection. If they persist, enlarge or hardened, have them checked by your doctor.

Check with doctor: You may have hydradenitis which is a skin disease affects the epocrine sweat glands or sebacious glands such as under the arms and under the breasts
use warm compresses and you mat need antibiotics
if reccurs or persists see a dermatologist.

Either way: Sounds like an infected sebaceous cyst/hidradenitis/ or abscess.  Likely need antibiotics and excision.

i have been dealing with a skin condition that has been wreaking havoc in my life. it started with 3 bites under my left armpit that became horribly itchy. it has morphed from tiny itchy stinging bumps to larger pustules. on week 24. nothing helps?

: The most important thing is to stop scratching, you could try warm compress on it and also apply topical steroid like OTC hydrocortizone to relieve some of the itching. I hope what you call pustules are not boils, then just use warm compress and just steroid on the surrounding that may be itchy. Scratching makes the itching worse.

Contact allergy: You may be allergic to something in your bra and the metal in the bra hook. You may try a different make of bra and one with a plastic hook. Wash the bra thoroughly before use. See that your bra is not too tight.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
