Bruise: May be AVM that fills during  day due to gravity and when you lie down at night , there is no gravity so it disappears. Does it disappear if you lie down during the day? F/u wiht doctor urgent  care

Insect bites: People react differently to insect bites. It sounds like you had some sort of insect bites then had a big inflammatory reaction to it. Use some cool compresses on it and hydrocortisone cream if it is itchy. It should clear up on its own.

i got a big dark bruise on leg with lighter colored lump in the middle. hasn't improved in 4 days. no pain except when touching the lump. what to do?

"Normal bruising": It's likely that you bumped into something but didn't pay it any mind. The lump is probably a small area of bleeding( hematoma). This area will slowly resolve with the bluish color turning yellowish and then disappearing. No specific treatment is needed. This type of bruising is common in the lower extremities. If you have frequent development of bruises you should see your physician.

A bruise: It is what you called it. The white lines probably reflect fascial bands in the tissue. Give it time to heal by itself. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
