Hello. : Hello.  Ketorolac  (toradol)  is a  nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for acute pain. Fentanyl  is an opioid (narcotic) analgesic for severe pain. Neither of these are barbituates. Do not see how they would trigger a false positive on a urine drug screen.
