hello dt. lj how are you?  i recently got my period twice this month so i am a little concerned.  the second one only lastep for half a day.  should i be concerned?

Common complaint: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Further testing: hormone levels, thyroid function and blood, blood sugar, A1c and  pregnancy testing are mandatory. Get a repeat pelvic exam and ultrasound.

No topical medicine has successfully increased penis size, even hormonally active ones. Penis size is determined genetically & at specific periods of development in utero, infancy, and puberty. Trying to enlarge it outside of this is like trying to change the size of any other body part.
