Good value: If you LDL is below 100 is fine and you HDL o good Cholesterol is over 40 is normal so you are excellent.

Coronary stent: Coronary stents can not be "replaced" as such. However, they can be re-opened or restented if they renarrow , or restenose. The  injury or trauma to the vessel wall during the initial stent placement results in a healing response with scar tissue growth. With current drug-eluting stents, scar tissue growth is inhibited and renarrowing occurs in only approximately 5%.

Bad stuff: If a stent closes slowly (stenosis) or quickly (thrombosis) the net effect is the same. Reduced or complete absence of blood flow to the area that the stent is keeping open. That means that area will not get blood and infarct and die.

Telmisartan is also used by doctors to decrease the chance of heart attack, stroke, or death in people who are at high risk for cardiovascular disease. There may be other, more individualized, reasons a doctor is giving a patient Sartel.
