Henceforth AVOID drugs with SULFA.
For simple UTI,drink cranberry juice twice a day,they do have cranberry tablets..............one tab. 3X day
Drink ample amount of fluids.
I don't know your age,but it is a good practice to urinate after intercourse,since the act itself may introduce bacteria into bladder

Plugged gland: Depending on location this could be a sebaceous (lubricating) gland around a hair follicle or a specialized female lubricating gland (bartholin's). Apply heat/sitz bathe.

Possibly infection: This could be an infection such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis, or this could be an irritation reaction to something.  Try Hydrocortisone cream for now twice a day, but if not better in a couple of days see a provider.  Yeast usually is itchy with thick white discharge, while bacterial vaginosis is a frothy discharge with a fishy odor.  Hope this helps.
