Bartholin Cyst: Most cysts can be removed in the office with local anesthesia. However, a Bartholin cyst may require a facility like an outpatient surgery center for proper removal. These cysts are located along labia, a very sensitive area. Okay to get in to see a local Gynecologist. Take a friend or family with you. Be well.

Can be normal: It's normal to have some irregularities and 'bumps' on your hood and labia minora. Sometimes we are born with them, could also be enlarged pores, could also be tiny condylomas. If you've ever had sex, then possible hpv related. Definitely normal to have one labia be more stretchy then the other, just like normal to have one breast bigger than the other. Hope that helps!

: There are several possibilities of what this could be. The best way to diagnose and get the proper treatment if indicated is to see a doctor, your primary care doctor, or your gynecologist or an UrgentCare. Meanwhile you can try applying warm compresses to the area several times/day, until you can be seen. If that resolves it, then you may not need to be seen, but don't wait too long.

Likely a cyst : It is possible that you have a small sebaceous cyst. These usually are asymptomatic unless they become infected or become really large. Also bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.

: Antibiotic ointments don't usually help pimples much, but it won't hurt to give it a try. However, pimples are not common on the labia minora. Are you at risk for genital herpes? Or tested for it?

Compress: If lesion is not painful or draining pus, you can place a warm compress to make sure it full drains.  Keep area clean with sap / water.  I would recommend having clinician examine it to insure not due to sexually transmitted or other infection.

what is the difference between an hsv lesion and a breakout on the labia minora? i have never been told that i have hsv, but i popped a pimple there.

Blood test: It may not be feasible to know if the "pimple" was HSV vesicle or something else, even by examining it. A blood for antibodies to HSV 2 can let you know if you have the virus.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine
