Not the scar: The scar is usually not the problem.  Early after the injury, the decreased movement is usually due to swelling and soft tissue injury.  After healing, poor movement may be due injury to the nerve or muscles responsible for lifting the eyebrow.  This will likely get better with time but will likely have reduced movement (compared to the other side) permanently.

Depends: Where is the scar located?  Most commonly it is an opacity on the cornea -the clear window on the front of the eye- from disease or trauma.  There are some words used to describe it such as nebular, filimentary, nummular, etc. Depending upon the appearance.  But all are called "scar" because that is what it is.  Lids and other parts of the tissues around the eye can also be scarred.

Yes: It may be that muscle or a nerve was cut or damaged from the original wound. But it also may be that the tissues in the area are firm and are preventing some movement. Scars are the most angry looking at about 6 weeks, then they gradually start to soften and remodel. However you should consult a plastic surgeon to make sure it is nothing more serious or fixable. Yes: Abscesses that were drained a long time ago can leave scar (or fibrous) tissue in the place of the abscess or in the area where it was cut open.  This is a normal occurrence, as long as it does not appear infected (not red, swollen, hot or draining).

: An exam will be needed in order to elicit a possible cause for inflammation, among others, a cheloid vs an infection will have to be ruled in or out and treated accordingly.

Probaby: normal post-operative pain...suggest ICE and contact your treating ENT specialist for suggestions/I ASSUME you have a follow-up visit arranged...if pain INCREASING do not wait!!

i noticed this probably 2 weeks ago but,, my foreskin isn't tight around my penis head but when i pull it down i can also see a ring of what i this scar tissue but im not sure, no discharge, no pain or itchiness?

: Seems normal. However, you should see a urologist to check for infection.
