It's a nice review of current knowledge (w/journal references) of which a few small studies suggest possible benefit in erectile dysfunction (about 1/3 down page). Quality ; quantity will affect individual benefit, if any. Your mileage may vary. Be sure to chat w/your family doc.

Adult acne: Adult acne is not uncommon and treatment should be individualized.  I recommend evaluation by a dermatologist before trying any acne treatment.

Pink: The urethral tissue should normally be pink in color.  Discoloration and discharge are worrisome for infection.  You should see your doctor .

Pinworm infection: This sounds like pinworm. Definitely sanitation there might be lower than where you're from-and the pinworm eggs can survive for 2 or 3 weeks outside the body-so easy to pick up. Not sure if you're familiar with the tape test? where you stick clear tape around your anus first thing in the a.m. (to get eggs) and bring to a doc. Or try empiric therapy-pyrantel pamoate, mebendazole or albendazole.

Lymph Node?: The under the arm tender spot may possibly be a lymph node.  If you are not finding this to resolve in the next 48 hours, you should have an exam with your physician.

Unlikely one thing: My guess is that you have both vaginal candida and an overgrowth of bacteria.   Both are quite common and it is not rare to have them both.   The treatments are relatively inexpensive and safe.  It's time to get some help.

Difficult to say : Without a physical exam and more history. However, a common cause of a constant leg ache in a female your age is anemia. You may want to ask your physician to check a cbc. Also,  try hydrating well. If you have had any b trauma and bilateral leg pain is coming from a traumatic injury in your back, see doctor soon. Hope this helps!
