Simvastatin alone...: ...Can cause myalgias (muscle pains.) albuterol can cause shakiness and rapid heart beat, that might feel like cramps as well.

Absorption: Generic Omeprazole is the same medication as Prilosec otc.  However, the formulation may result in different absorption so that the levels of medication in your bloodstream may be different.  If the brand name works better for you, keep taking it.

on june 10 th i have knee replacement. my knee doesn't respond as well as i expect. it doesn't flex enough. i will have knee manipulation. what is this?

Post surgical knee: Scar tissue that forms following surgery may prevent full range of motion. If physical therapy cannot resolve this, manual manipulation is performed to break the scar tissue

i have osteoarthritis in both knees but i am too young for knee replacement how can i manage the pain, i can, t get around very well.

Arthritis exercise.: Osteoarthritis is best treated with regular exercise and being at your ideal weight.  The pain can be treated with acetaminophen, and anti inflammatory medications, such as naproxen, and ibuprofen. Injections to knees with steroids, or the use of Hyaluronate products are effective.

See Ortho doc: you may need exercises to range your knee, however if there is something wrong with your replacement the orthopedic doc may need to further evaluate you.

Many Choices: It would be very wise to meet with a pain specialist prior to your surgery to set yourself up for success. Alternative investigation too may help: meditation, acupuncture, massage. 
Possible meds include 
pain blocker Gabapentin (neurontin)
anti inflammatory such as meloxicam, naprosyn, (naproxen) etc
opiate alternative tramadol (warning; addictive too)
seek specialty advice.

what are injection options for knees that won't further deteriorate the joint? trying to prolong total knee replacement but am in immense pain

Viscosupplementation: If it is from an early degenerative phenomena, then viscosupplementation can be used in which the injected material is somewhat similar to normal synovial fluid is another option beyond steroid injections.

Depends: Being overweight in and of itself should not cause pain 6 months after a well done knee replacement.  It suggests there may be another cause, as for example "her knee not sitting right" as you put it.
