See ur surgeon: There can be several reasons for your symptoms depending on your diagnosis which led to your surgery, other possible knee problems not addressed by surgery, and the type of surgery you had, along with post-op duration and course.  See your surgeon to re-evaluate your knee.

Kneecap tracking.: It may be related to quad muscle shutdown, following surgery, which can alter the tracking of your kneecap, and give you the "popping" that you're feeling. Check with your surgeon to see if that's the case. If so, it should get better with physical therapy.

Long before now: The pain should have already resolved. If it is persisting have the knee reevaluated.

Yes: Yes, it is possible that you tore your meniscus again, particularly if it was not yet fully healed.  There are other possibilities as well.  I would certainly let your surgeon know.

The Q. is not clear: With some word(s) missing. Generally no drain is used after an arthroscopic surgery, unless it is an open procedure.

i had knee surgery and its seems that after surgery my tibia is rotated how can that be?  i had a chondroplasty done  and plica removal.

Cannot be: If you had arthroscopic knee surgery this can not rotate your tibia. Utting the bone (femur or tibia) is the only way to get your leg rotated after surgery. It is more likely that you are walking differently to avoid pain in the knee unconsciously. Phyical therapy and gait training can usually help.

what should or shouldn't i eat for ileus? mine is post operative from knee surgery. i have stopped all opiate /narcotic

Liquid: stay on liquid diet water juices and soup you can have some smoothies but avoid solid food until you have some activity in your guts walking even with crutches will help the ileus go away any activity help

Concerned Mom: Hyperactive sympathetic nervous system réponses are not unusual post operative. This is more common when a tourniquet has been used.   Be sure that she is walking to prevent blood clots.  Hot tea and mom's warm chicken soup would help.  Dad would suggest a shot of something that would cause peripheral vascular dilatation. Keep her active and it would not hurt to call the surgeon's office.

Don't quite under-: -stand the?. The blueness in the toes is common. It is a response to injury,and involves a circulatory response especially if the leg is dependent. The rest is not a question. When she starts to have less pain &amp; is weight bearing this usually goes away. If not, call your surgeon.
