Need an evaluation: You have a knee Ed fusion, and swelling in the back is a Baker cyst, and that is compressing on certain structures. There are other things I can mimic this. You need to have imaging, and evaluation, fluid removed from the knee, and a good idea of what the internal structural problems that may be compressing the nerve or vascular structures in the back of the knee

Knee ligament injury: Since your symptoms seem to be worsening with time, you should get it checked out at the earliest by your primary physician for getting imaging study, pref an MRI, to define the anatomy, and referral to orthopedics as indicated. If there is blood in the knee it needs to be scoped and drained and sooner the better. Feel better

Tingling in foot : And toes may come from many things including but not limited to a compressed nerve in your back, a compressed nerve by the side of the knee, a tarsal tunnel syndrome. Emg/NCV studies can help distinguish which nerves are affected.

Foot tingling: You might experience foot tingling if you suffer an injury to the outside of the knee where the common peroneal nerve is located, as this nerve is superficial and pass over the head of the fibula ( skinny long bone in the lower leg). This nerve splits in two and ends in the foot.

Much depends on : What sort of symptoms you have.  If there's pain developing, then most of the time the situation can be helped by the used of custom orthotics.  Its all about the stability of the feet more than the literal height of the arch.  As the foot flattens (pronates) there's a torque of internal rotation placed on the knees which can lead to problems down the line.
