Caution -sedation: The more medications the greater the concern about drug-drug interactions :how your body  "treats" the medicine;how one drug affects the effectiveness of another; &amp;additive side effects.For example, Seroquel,Klonopin &amp; Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can each be sedating &amp; all three together may be too much. Tell your doctor all the medications &amp;supplements you take so you can work together to for relief &amp; safety

Yes: These medications are safely used together.  I am concerned that you would not ask your doctor about this.

Sedatives ...: Possibly safe. Whenever I'm asked about "natural" supplements (unless they're professional grade brands - such as Thorne) keep in mind that they're not usually tested for purity or potency. That said, melatonin can amplify the effects of quetiapine or clonazepam, but to what extent is unknown. Definitely discuss all of your OTC &amp; Rx meds with your doctor - perhaps a dose change might help. G'Luck!

Yes: But as your meds kick in you should need less klonopin (clonazepam).

Talk to your doctor : It might be better to increase the dose of your Seroquel.  I would avoid adding another benzodiazepine such as Dalmane or Restoril (temazepam).  You are already taking Klonopin (a benzodiazepine). It's best to avoid polypharmacy and the risk of addiction. Also, you could develop rebound insomnia which means you can't sleep even though you are on medication for sleep. Talk to your doctor.

Tolerating?: Everyone has a different tolerance to medications.  Both of the above can be very sedating.  For those with a high tolerance sedation is not an issue.  Unless you have liver or kidney disease these doses are not excessive.  Again ck with your dr about making adjustments if you are too sedated and do not drive or operate dangerous machinery.

Minimal problem: Besides some drowsiness  or sedation, there should be no problem with combining Luvox (fluvoxamine) with other mentioned. Still need to be monitored by a physician

Weight gain: Unfortunately, the medications you are taking are known to cause weight gain.  DO not stop them as your underlying mental health conditions must be treated.  Maintain a healthy lifestyle - exercise 30 minutes 5x a week, avoid fatty fried foods, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.  I am not convinced that green bean extract is a magic wt loss pill. You can try it - should not interfere with meds.
