Anything's possible: ...but absence of leukocytosis is atypical for an acute inflammatory process like appendicitis.

Many things possible: If a teen guy has uncomfortable right tummy pain and is normally in good health, some possibilities include:  sports trauma, appendicitis (usually has fever), liver problems, gall stones, kidney problems, excessive constipation, stomach flu, bowel inflammation, intestinal infection, nerve irritation, spine issue, rare tumor, etc...  Doctor can follow up and recheck as needed.

Yes and no: A “renal stone” protocol CT would be highly unlikely to miss a stone.  A CT performed for appendicitis may be less sensitive for picking up small stones because IV contrast is usually given.  IV contrast in the kidneys can potentially mask stones and make them difficult/impossible to see.

No: It is never 100 per cent but pretty good indicator. You may still need an ultrasound.

normal placement can cause this, unfortunately planned parenthood inmy area rarely tells their patient this. Perforation can cause it as can an infection from the iud.

Here are some ...: Depsite 31, any documented blood in urine  - visible or invisible - should be evaluated with imaging studies for kidneys / ureters &amp; cystoscopy for bladder &amp; urethra, especially at NO UTI. Peliv &amp; genital pains and bedwetting may be related but not with blood in urine   except having severe bladder stone or bladder tumor. So, follow with a Uro-doc to plan how to assess &amp; care for your concerns.

KIDNEY STONE: Rib issues are generally as tender as they are painful. Stones are more pain than tenderness. Kidney stone pain is not helped by position or rest either.
