have  folliculitis in pubic area , using flucloxacillin + kenacomb cream. now have sticky white crust on undies, what is it? is this a worrying sign?

Probably not: Although, it is really hard to know without seeing it, but if the antibiotic you are taking is the right choice one, crusting may represent healing. I am not sure what you are using the cream for but mixed in with pus it may dry up causing crusts to develop.

Yes it does: Yes it is usually a combination of triamcinolone ( steroid) and nystatin ( anti fungal). Usually is the same in every other country as well.

i broke buttcrack skin and now healed. gp thinks a pilonidal sinus. i've had it before and feels different. this is a sharp pain sitting but then changes to a burning feeling when no pressure. skins shows no cyst/sinus/wounds. gp gave kenacomb cream?

: A sinus is an opening to the outside from a cavity - so if you don't have one  chances areit is not a pilonidal sinus. Use local heat (bath) and use a cushion when you sit. If not better in 8-10 days pl see a surgeon Good luck

Wrong question: Since this product contains triamcinolone, it is likely to be good for anything  that plain triamcinolone would be used for. It is an irrational combination of agents, some of which should never be used because they are common sensitizers. I would not recommend it for anything. Best approach is to know what you are treating and use what is specific for that. "Shotgun" preps with some of everything

Not advised.: Ketacomb cream is a combination of Nystatin (an antifungal), neomycin and gramicidin (both antibacterials) and triamcinolone (a steroid). Triamcinolone is too strong a steroid for use on the face. I discourage use of these "combo" creams anyway; it's better to treat the specific problem, whatever it is, with a cream made specifically for that problem.

Not best: Yes, it can cause thin skin and allergic reactions. Better not use except occasionally. If you have anal itch [pruritus ani] it is due to fecal soiling, especially if there are hemorrhoids. After a bowel movement, whenever the area feels wet or irritated, use skin lotion such as Eucerin or Aveeno on bathroom paper or kleenex to clean the area. Cream?: Kenacomb cream is good for superficial  skin  infections  or inflammation  from different causes. If your ear is blocked internally, at the level of the Eustachian tubes, you may need decongestants and anti-inflammatory medications to help you.
