Seek urgent care: This could be an internal staph or strep infection which could become very serious if untreated. He probably needs internal antibiotics and it is important to start as soon as possible, so I advise going to an Emergency Room or Urgent Care Center. It may not be that serious but it may be so I would not take any chances.

Surgeon: Continued bleeding from the lip calls for more definitive  Treatment as this is a very vascular area. If bleeding persists,appropriate specialists to consult include oral surgeon, otolaryngologist, general surgeon, head and neck surgeon or plastic surgeon.

Hysteosalpingogram: There is an x-ray called an hsg (hysterosalpingogram) which can easily tell you if the tube is open or not.

Depends: If you did the test correctly and it was negative 30 days after sex, you are unlikely to be pregnant. To be sure you should get a blood test for HCG level.

Most likely not: Epidemiology (study of disease in a population) is tricky. Both rates quoted are very small so a doubling is very likely not a concern. Also, when comparing two areas and a very specific disease, you really should adjust for age, gender and ethnicity. Differences in a city's population can dramatically affect the incidence of certain diseases--many diseases occur only in men or women, kids, etc.

The 2: Nationally known cancer research centers are scripps and uc san diego.  I've worked at the nci and 5 nci designated centers, and I am not sure that you have to go to one of these for most cases of breast cancer care. In fact, sometimes going to your local center/doctor first, and seeking the 2nd opinion is best. You choose.
