Infection?: You may have an infection such as uti, It does not sound like a pregnancy . Because you had your period  and around this time you are suppose to ovulate. See your doctor for a check up.

Get pregnancy test: If there has been any sexual activity in the past few months, and there are now menstrual irregularities and pain, a pregnancy test is essential. Ectopic pregnancy is always a concern for abnormal bleeding and pain, since it can be deadly. If no sex has occurred in the past few months, then most likely this represents hormonal variation that happens sometimes. See a doctor if you are worried.

Go to urgent care: Go to  Emergency room or urgent care and get a pregnancy test immediately,to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.

May do a preg. test: In a woman with regular periods, some causes of a late period include: excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (like birth control pills), hormonal imbalances, etc…  Seeing a doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome. Pregnancy is the common cause of a missed period, if sexually active.

Can be normal: Can occur with flucuations in hormones.  Also dietary influences such as caffein can cause sore breasts. Recommend monthly breast exams. Follow up with doctor if continues or if discover any masses

Iodine supplement: It is unopposed estrogen stimulation - try iodine supplement daily until symptom stop occurring.

Sore breasts: Breast pain lasting 2 weeks in a 20 year old woman is of some concern and you must see your doctor as soon as possible. 
If there is a delay please go to the Emergency Room.

you are ovulating !: Though these signs could be due to many things, the most likely cause is ovulation (release of the egg)  some women do this every month but most only do so occasionally. If you get your period-or have a positive pregnancy test- in 14 days, it will confirm this likely exxplanation.
