i have white spots/lumps on the sides, heels and soles of my feet. they are extremley itchy and have only appeared over the past couple days.

Athletes Foot: You have athletes foot, common in teenagers and people who are physically active, use public showers, and/or sweat in their shoegear. Recommend treatment with an over the counter antifungal, like Gold Bonds medicated foot powder/spray,  or Tinactin (tolnaftate) powder/spray/cream. This will clear up your problem in 10-14 days if used as directed on the label.

hi i have small white spots on my knuckles. they are painless and are not itchy... i got hem around 3 weeks ago ... should i be worried?

White spots on hands: Do you have exposure to chemicals or foliage?  Could be contact dermatitis or eczema.  Alternatively could be fungal, though that is less common. Would try over the counter topical steroid cream, if that does not work consider anti-fungal. Should moisturizer daily. f/u w/ doctor

i just noticed white spots on my neck, they are not painfull not itchy but i am scared will that spot continue to my back, right now they are only on neck?

White spots: This could be vitiligo or a fungal infection ( tinea versicolor).  If you are concerned have the condition evaluated by your doctor.

Here are some ...: Are you a pubic hair shaver? Do you see a hair in the center of the white spot? If so, they're overactive sebaceous glands, which may be itchy at times, but may be further irritated by shaving. If the hairs are present, they could be sebaceous glands or scabies... But without a direct look, it's hard to come up an accurate impression. So, see Doc timely for confirmation and Rx as needed.

the spots spread wider on the top of my back.
there is no pain or itchiness on my back.
should i be concerned?
