Dermatitis vs fungal: An 'itchy' rash in the axilla (arm pit) may be a 'contact dermatitis' or a yeast/fungal infection. An otc treatment for dermatitis is Cortaid (hydrocortisone 1%) and the treatment for fungal infection is otc 'anti-fungal' e.g. Lotrimin (clotrimazole). Dermatitis may be caused by exposure to chemicals/fragrances in deodorant/anti-perspirants so a hypo-allergenic subsitute may be needed.
Get seen if no better.

Itchy: Sounds as if you have possibly developed a rash. These can be caused by fungus and there are many over-the-counter regimens that can be used. A favorite is to lotremin or tinactin (tolnaftate) which comes in a cream or spray and use this on a regular basis for the next two weeks to see if improves

i have an armpit rash that won't go away. i stopped using roll-ons and sprays, tried prescribed and offthecounter creams, sensitive products but it won't go away. i suspect im allergic to sweat because i also have itchiness and rashes in pubic area.

Under arm rash : It is hard to say what the rash is without looking at it in person. It could be anything from a fungal rash to something more concerning such as hidradenitis suppurativa. Both of which require totally different treatments. Since you have not had any luck taking care of this yourself it’s time to seek a professional opinion from your PCP. Good luck with curing this rash.

a Sedimentation Rate!  It sounds VIRAL and  its NOT Lyme Disease!  Have you had a FEVER????????

Underarm rash: It is a jungle in there! use an anti-antiperspirant without deodorant and an absorptive powder like zeasorb. If these don't help, then it is off to your dermatologist to help treat either yeast overgrowth or an irritant dermatitis.

IF ITS UNDER THE ARM THAT DOES ALL THE WORK, LIKE WRITING, LIFTING, EATING, ETC., IT MAY BE A CONTACT DERMATITIS FROM SOAP, DETERGENT, STUFF YOU MAY BE PUTTING ON WITH YOUR DOMINANT HAND.
BE A DETECTIVE AND IF IT DOESNT GET BETTER, SEE DERMATOLOGIST.
