Ear ache: Ear ache and sore throat, in the absence of nasal allergies, can be from acid reflux. If the symptoms continue, you need to have them checked by a doctor.

Give it rest: If you can, even if it is on weekends, try to go without the hearing aid and see if that improves symptoms. There may be a mild infection from the irritation caused by the hearing aid. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see an ENT doctor.

TMJ &amp; many symptoms: Temporal Mandibular Dysfunction TMD has many symptoms. You have described some but not all. Seek a
DDS/DMD or Oral surgeon who treats this condition. Many don't. Those with expertise can find a way to manage your problem. I have been doing so since 1981.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" lymph for anything bad like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Dr. can check throat: Infections of the tonsils, throat, neck lymph nodes, or sinuses, can cause sore throat, and neck ache. For some people, ear pressure or ear pain can also cause sore throat, and neck ache or headache. A primary care doctor can check to see if it is a routine problem like strep throat, which needs antibiotics. Taking some Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin (ibuprofen) can temporarily relieve pain.

Rattling sound: The most common cause would be a viral URI - which usually gets better on its own.   But we take special precaution with people who smoke, have diabetes, underlying lung problems (asthma, copd).  Or if there's any shortness of breath or extended fever.
