Gyn exam: Get checked and abstain from any touching, foreplay r intercourse until examinated. Avoid tight clothing or wiping. Abstain if you have been sexually active, .

Yeast, or soap: It could be an early yeast infection.  Other possibility is that you are having a reaction to soap, or new undergarments.
